Patricia Dasch studied law at the University of Vienna and has been supporting Littler Austria as a dedicated associate since May 2024. Due to her participation in three University programs, she not only brings a broad academic background but also a genuine passion for labor law. She already discovered her passion during her law studies, which is why she wrote her diploma thesis on the labor law aspects of home office and also completed various courses in the field of labor law as part of her training.
Before joining Littler Austria, Patricia worked for another renowned labor law firm and as a University Assistant at the Institute for Corporate and Business Law at the University of Vienna. These insights, as well as her international work experience, most recently during an internship for the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in South Korea, enable her to fully understand the needs of the corporate as well as the employee side at a national and international level.
Aside from her work for Littler Austria, Patricia is involved in the Legal Literacy Project, where she holds workshops on labor law topics at schools and educational institutions. In her spare time, Patricia relaxes by doing yoga or playing tennis. She also enjoys gaining new and exciting impressions and perspectives through her diverse travel destinations.
